¡Explora más de veinte fascinantes mazmorras plagadas de todo tipo de Pokémon, de tesoros y de sorpresas! Cada mazmorra no solo tiene sus propias características únicas, como el Pokémon que se encuentra en ellas, el tipo de terreno y el número de plantas, sino que también cambia cada vez que entras, lo cual significa ¡que te espera un número infinito de mazmorras! Más aún, podrás usar los objetos y los tesoros que halles en una mazmorra para avanzar y por otro lado, podrás invitar a algunos de los Pokémon a los que te enfrentes en las mazmorras a unirse a tu gesta.
Además de recorrer las mazmorras que encontrarás en la aventura principal de Pokémon Mundo misterioso: portales al infinito, puedes descubrir los Magnoportales, las entradas a nuevas mazmorras únicas, con la ayuda de las cámaras exteriores de tu consola Nintendo 3DS. Solo tendrás que usarlas para "escanear" cualquier objeto redondo que encuentres en el mundo real: ¡se abrirá una nueva puerta que te dará acceso a lugares donde ningún Pokémon ha llegado antes!
Desde tus humildes principios en Post Town hasta que crees una compleja ciudad propia en Paraíso Pokémon, vivirás un sinfín de aventuras en Pokémon Mundo misterioso: portales al infinito. ¡Y no tienes por qué vivirlas solo! Hasta cuatro jugadores pueden colaborar vía juego local y explorar mazmorras y luchar encarnando a su Pokémon preferido del propio equipo. Recoge objetos y disfruta del juego cooperativo con tus amigos para después seguir con la aventura en una partida para un solo jugador. También puedes utilizar StreetPass para enviar valiosos objetos de reanimación con los que ayudar a otros jugadores que han sufrido una derrota cuando te los cruces por la calle. ¡Recibirás una recompensa
